ZENAGO WELCOMES CORTEX7'S CLIENTS

Zenago Limited announces that effective 23 July, 2007, it has acquired Cortex7.

This acquisition reflects Zenago's strategy of growth and the goal of becoming the number one web development and customized internet solutions company in New Zealand.

The acquisition is the second in under a month, following the takeover of Vision Online at the beginning of July.

Danny Sunkel, Owner and Founder of Zenago, says Zenago is now in a position to really take advantage of the online market in New Zealand.

"In under a month we've doubled the size of our existing business through two acquisitions and the inclusion of over 150 new clients."

"Zenago now has the structure and support systems necessary for growth. The Cortex7 acquisition makes sense and is a great opportunity and logical extension of what we do today."

As a result of the acquisition, Zenago welcomes Ford and Mazda into an impressive portfolio that includes the Hanover Group, Villa Maria and McConnell Property.

Zenago Ltd is a Kiwi owned and operated company that works in the web development and software sectors.

They have been in operation for seven years and have a strong base of clients from New Zealand to Australia and the UK.

The acquisition will see Cortex7 become fully immersed in Zenago Ltd.

Cortex7 will be working closely with Zenago in the transition period to ensure a smooth client transfer to the Zenago network.

Simon Gardiner, Co-owner and Founder of Cortex7, will come on board as a Senior Consultant and Technical Integrations Specialist with Zenago.

Gardiner says Cortex7 either needed to invest and grow the team or look at other opportunities, including acquisition by a competitor.

After 10 years in the industry, Gardiner believes his company's valued clients deserve superior client servicing and exposure to new technologies that Cortex7 isn't able to currently provide.
