Systems Overview: The purpose of this document is to set out the terms and conditions upon which Cortex7 agrees to perform a project detailed in a Cortex7 project schedule, (hereinafter referred to as the 'Project Schedule') which may be agreed from time to time between the Client and Cortex7. The provisions of an authorised Project Schedule are part of this Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the 'Relationship Agreement'), and in the event of a conflict between a Project Schedule and the terms and conditions of the Relationship Agreement, then the provisions of the Project Schedule shall prevail over those of the Relationship Agreement.
